Eligible for return

For incorrect orders or damaged products, you must report the item with photos or videos within 7 days from receipt through our email hello@herah.com or our social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram), @sayherah. We will gladly book the returning process with a courier and replace the product. 

Ineligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear items cannot be returned.
